Officer's Powers & Responsibilities
All officers are required to know all the information that is covered here and be able to teach this information to the guild members that you recruit.  This section is to help you to get up-to-date and to be used as a guild when teaching new recruits.

Guild Invites

Guild Bank

  • You can access this by clicking on GuildBank in WoW.  This will show what we have in the guild bank.

  • Explain that the guild bank stores useful mats that will make crafting things & some quest go quicker.

  • The guild bank does NOT have the following items:

    • armor (of any type)

    • weapons (of any type)

    • recipes

    • cloth (silk, runecloth...)

    • leather (thick, rugged...)

    • ore / bars (iron, gold...)

    • herbs (kingsblood...)

    • enchanting mats (dream dust, large brilliant shards...)

  • Have them look at the Guild's bank and see what types of things are in there.

  • Tell them if they want to donate an item to the guild bank, then to send it to a LT or higher.

  • To request an item from the guild bank you can do either of these things:

    • Ask from a Captain or higher

    • Post a request on Item Donation Request section of the forum.

      • In the post, remember to put the following info:

        • Name of the character needs the item

        • That you need an item from the Guild's Bank

        • Name of the item.

        • How many you need.

Item Donation

  • We encourage guildies to donate items between each other.

Money

  • We normally will help people with mats or help with quests / runs.

  • A lot of us don't have extra money on-hand, although this vary from character to character.

  • As guild policy, we will try and help you out when you hit level 40 and need to get a mount.

    • You are on your own to get the money together for your epic mount.

  • Beyond that, as a guild, we normally don't give out money.
